Philadelphia, Pa. - The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia today announced the promotions of Christopher Ivanoski to facilities officer in the Facilities Management Department; Keith Morales to information technology services officer; and Greg Ramick to officer in the Wholesale Product Office.

Ivanoski, who had been a manager, is responsible for facilities projects and building operations. Since joining the Bank in 1994 he has been involved in major construction projects, including the Bank's new screening facility on 7th Street between Arch and Race and the conference center on the Bank's third floor. Ivanoski received his bachelor's in engineering from Lehigh University and a master's in system management at the University of Southern California.

Morales oversees the Bank's technical services and information security. Since joining the Federal Reserve System in 1992, he has been involved in several projects that helped improve the Bank's information security programs and leverage technology. He also served in a leadership role in the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Infragard program, which is designed to share information and intelligence to prevent cyber attacks against the United States.

Ramick, who had been a project manager in the Wholesale Product Office, is primarily responsible for coordinating wholesale-related operational activities in several other Federal Reserve Districts and for leading project teams involved with wholesale automation, communications, and business continuity. Ramick began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in 1990 as an operations supervisor and has held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in a number of functions throughout the Bank. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from Saint Joseph's University.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia helps formulate and implement monetary policy, supervises banks and bank holding companies, and provides financial services to depository institutions and the federal government. It is one of the 12 regional Reserve Banks that, together with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the Federal Reserve System. The Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank serves eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware.
