Results collected during the 10th COVID-19 Survey of Consumers in October 2021 reveal improvements in a number of recovery-related metrics. Job losses dropped below 10 percent for the first time since the beginning of the survey in April 2020. Respondents are returning to work onsite more frequently and are continuing to regain normal working hours and schedules. Despite that, there continue to be signs of stress, with financial concerns increasing and expectations around 2021 income becoming more pessimistic in the fourth quarter. More details are available in the full report.
