Eileen Divringi joined the Community Development and Regional Outreach Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in June 2014. She works independently and alongside colleagues to produce research and actionable information on issues related to housing, access to credit, and household financial well-being. Before joining the Bank, she completed a graduate degree program at the University of Pennsylvania. During her studies, she interned with the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, where she analyzed the agency’s portfolios of subsidized housing and municipally owned vacant land. She also interned with the Opportunity Finance Network on their financial services team. Before moving to Philadelphia, Divringi worked with a coalition of Detroit-area municipalities to develop a model program for environmentally sustainable affordable housing.

Divringi has master's degrees in city planning and public administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in political science and environmental studies from the University of Michigan.
