Philadelphia, PA — The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia today announced the appointment of John Grady, senior vice president and Northeast region executive of Wexford Science & Technology, LLC; Warren E. Moore, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Inspira Health; and Brian Schaller, president of Wawa, to its Economic and Community Advisory Council (ECAC).

Loree D. Jones Brown, chief executive officer of Philabundance, has been named chair of the council, and Steve Voskuil, chief financial officer of The Hershey Company, has been named vice chair.

Created in 2008, the ECAC is composed of leaders representing businesses, nonprofit organizations, philanthropic organizations, academic institutions, the public sector, and organized labor. The ECAC informs the Philadelphia Fed’s senior leadership team about emerging trends, issues, and market conditions in the Third Federal Reserve District. The ECAC also encourages inclusive regional economic growth through partnerships with organizations from the private and public sectors.

Grady has more than 35 years of experience building and managing public–private partnerships and developments that drive investment, development, economic growth, jobs, and opportunity. He joined Wexford in 2020, where he develops relationships, executes projects, and manages a portfolio to create and expand Wexford Knowledge Communities throughout the Northeast. Before joining Wexford, Grady held senior positions at Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, including president and CEO from 2011 to 2020.

Moore oversees operations across Inspira Health’s hospitals, health centers, and outpatient locations. Previously, Moore spent 23 years at RWJ Barnabas Health, most recently as CEO of Children’s Specialized Hospital and senior vice president of pediatric services. He also served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Children’s Specialized Hospital and the chief administrative officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Schaller leads the finance, store operations, fuel, site acquisition, construction, facilities, supply chain, and strategic sourcing functions for Wawa. Since joining the company in 2002, he has held several leadership roles before rising to his current position in 2023. Schaller previously worked at Deloitte & Touche as a manager in audit and assurance, specializing in the audit of financial service companies.
