Michael E. Collins, Senior Vice President

Mike Collins is senior vice president and lending officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He administers the Bank's discount window and oversees community and regional supervision and information-system examinations of banking organizations in the Third Federal Reserve District.
