Philadelphia, Pa. – The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia today announced that Gail Todd has been promoted to credit officer and Chris Henderson to retail risk officer, both in the Bank's Supervision, Regulation and Credit Department (SRC).
Todd had been a manager in credit and risk management in the Bank's SRC Department. Since joining the Bank in 1983, she has been associated with the discount window and risk management functions. Todd has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Gettysburg College.
Henderson had been a special advisor in the Bank's SRC Department. Since joining the Bank in 2005, he has been a significant contributor in the areas of risk analysis and quantification and consumer credit activities. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia helps formulate and implement monetary policy, supervises banks and bank holding companies, and provides financial services to depository institutions and the federal government.
