Making Home Affordable website for consumers

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac also have pages on their websites providing information for consumers.

Information for Servicers

The Home Affordable Modification Program has detailed information about program requirements and guidelines on its website. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac also have pages setting out program requirements for their sellers/servicers.

Background

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has information for financially troubled homeowners on its home page. The FHFA also publishes a monthly Federal Property Managers Report that includes statistics on loan modifications.
