Community Profile: State College, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA)

Introduction

The State College, PA MSA consists of Centre County and includes the borough of State College, which is the principal city of the MSA. The MSA is located in the central region of Pennsylvania and borders Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Clinton, Huntingdon, Mifflin, and Union counties. The borough of State College is located in southern Centre County and is home to the main campus of the Pennsylvania State University.
